The Treasurer was asked to call in Founders' Fees and first quarterly subscriptions.
The By-Laws as printed and circulated were considered and it was decided to alter the quarterly subscription to Rs. 14 and the non-resident members' quarterly subscription to Rs. 6.With this alteration the By-Laws were approved.
A design for the Founders' Jewel was submitted and approvedThe Chairman mentioned that the following Brethren had very kindly promised to assist him with the working of the Lodge :

CONSECRATION OF LODGE GOOD FELLOWSHIP
The Inaugural meeting of Lodge Good Fellowship was held at No. 54, Park Street, Calcutta, at 6-30 p.m. on Wednesday, 11th March, 1908.

1.The Consecrating Officers having been received in due form, Lodge was opened in 3 degrees by the Deputy District Grand Master.
2. The District Grand Secretary read the Petition and Warrant.
3. The P D G Chaplain Wor. Bro. A. G. Luckman having read a passage from the Volume of the Sacred Laws and prayer having been offered, the Lodge Board was unveiled and the Procession of Consecrating" Officers having been formed, the Ceremony of Consecration was performed by the Deputy District Grand Master.
4. The Lodge was then constituted and after the Patriarchal Blessing had been pronounced, was reduced to the 2nd degree.
5. The Deputy District Grand Master installed Wor. Bro. Sir Charles Allen as first Master of the Lodge.
The Wor. Master appointed and invested his officers for the ensuing year, the Lodge having been reduced to the first degree.
6. The Wor. Master appointed the following to serve on the Permanent Committee:
Bros. P. L. Roy, R. D. Mehta, E. Norton.
7. Wor. Bro. Lukis was elected as Representative of the Lodge for the District Boo/'d of General Purposes.
8. The By-Laws were read and passed for the first time.
9. The following Brethren were proposed and seconded as joining members of the Lodge.
